I have a geforce ti 4200 and all the edges when I play ET seem to be flickering it drives me nuts, I have tried several drivers and stuff, but not helping, Is it some setting or is my card about to end it's conract?

what for drivers? you know the combination of geforce and your MSIk7..RU board produce often large errors! - google over it ..you find many sides and help infos! if you something money remaining - buy a new one (ATI) - sorry

What opperating system are you using? This might be important. Windoze or Linux or FreeBSD or something else

Just an idea Juha.... is it not the refresh rate that is a bit too high for your monitor?? did you try lowering the refresh rate? It might help I think

I got it solved, It might have been the refresh rate, I reinstalled all drivers and treseted my configs. Thanks

6600gt the best?? lol The only good card that Nvidia has at the moment is the 6800ultra (and its way overpriced ) Get an ati X850XT PE (platinum Edition) like me (pretty expensive but you can go a couple of years with that card without needing to upgrade)

You could also take the 9800se and softmod it to the 9800pro (dunno how but isnt too hard i think) Might save you a couple of bucks. Lemme check for a link maybe that'll help.
